Hi my name is Zeno I grew up on the beaches of southern Sydney. In my 30s after many failed attempts at sporting careers and business ventures, I started to realize I could not create the life I desired. I then spent a good part of 10 years studying and practising esoteric techniques within Hinduism, Chrsitian mystic philosophy and in Buddhism under the guise of Ajahn Brahm in Australia. 

What I finally discovered at 42 was that we are not who we think we are, however who we believe we are, our self concept not only governs most of what we do and attract, it actually projects the very reality we experience.

What you actually are is truly profound, you are the unchanging intelligent awareness that is consciousness. Who you are conscious of being, your self concept or identity determines the frequency that you are emitting, the reality you are attracting and experiencing.

With this realization I consciously shifted my self concept and finally transformed my life, physically, financially, emotionally at 42 in an incredibly short period of time. Since then I have helped and coached many others to make the same change. To shift your frequency and embody a version that empowers your life capable of anything, free from destructive habits, beliefs and internal roadblocks.
